I hope I can keep up with their update cicles. Feel free to prod me, If I miss one.

I'm still not shure if I did the handling of file associations right. They are only created by powder toy, if a user chooses to install (Ctrl + I). I made this setting persist (see PowderToyPortable.ini) but don't know if that interferes with other porgrams. Maybe we should switch to discard them in further releases.
Maybe it's a good idea to check with the devs?
depp.jones, I think it might be a better idea to chat with the TPT devs, either on IRC or elsewhere... They might be able to help you catch up with the updates ^_^
