PCI-Z Portable 1.3 has been released. PCI-Z is a lightweight system utility designed to provide information about PCI (PCI-E, PCI-X...) devices and help you find appropriate device drivers. Features
PCI-Z is designed for detecting unknown hardware on your Windows based PC. It will help you determine vendor, device and certain details about device even if you don't have drivers installed. Software uses The PCI ID Repository, a public repository of all known ID's used in PCI devices: ID's of vendors, devices, subsystems and device classes. It is used in various programs (e.g. The PCI Utilities) to display full human-readable names instead of cryptic numeric codes.
PortableApps.com Installer / PortableApps.com Format
PCI-Z Portable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility.

Natively Portable, Convenience
This addition is one of the rare apps that is fully portable on its own (not just kinda portable like some "portable" zipped apps). It's added to our lineup for systems admins so they can more easily have an up to date version in their toolkit and automatically launch the appropriate 32-bit vs 64-bit version on each PC as needed.
