Something is wrong with the package, if you test icon (ctrl + shift + t) it says:
File Not Found

Ten it says:

if i download the 3.5 zip from greenfish, than it works ok
Reset settings
I'll check into this this evening.
[EDIT] Alright, I've looked into this. Based on my research, it appears to be related to a corrupted Data folder. Deleting X:\PortableApps\GreenfishIconEditorProPortable\Data and allowing it to be recreated will fix the problem.
John, can you split these out as a bug report?
