This version killed Firefox Portable 2nd Profile!
The https://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#second_profile app no longer works after installing this version.

Fix Coming
A fix is being posted shortly.
That also reminds me that the 2nd profile launchers are overdue for a proper update. The last one was 2012.

53.0.2 Rev 2
Firefox Portable 53.0.2 Rev 2 of this release fixes an issue in the original 53.0.2 release that broke compatibility with Second Profile launcher use allowing users to use multiple profiles with the portable version of Firefox. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I think the biggest problem was the confusing error message. It hinted that the installation failed and at the same time instructed to just reopen the program and everything will be okay. Neither was true.
Oddball Layout
The issue arises form the fact that the Second Profile support is a bit of a hack using something that works in the FirefoxPortable launcher but isn't really by design. I'm hoping to make it a bit more standardized shortly. And extend support to the other channels of Firefox as well to make life easier for developers and testers.
