Features

Scribus Portable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. Scribus does not start and run
On Windows 10 64 Bit Scribus 1.5.4 does not start or run. The reason for this is that the files MSVCP140.dll and VCRuntime140.dll are missing in the portable app package. Either include these files in the package or tell users that they need to down load them from the Microsoft Site and place them in directory X:\PortableApps\ScribusPortableTest\App\Scribus where X is the drive on which the user has stored Scribus Portable Test.
