PortableApps.com Installer / PortableApps.com Format

qBittorrent Portable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility.

Story Topic:

Off topic, because the release made by you hasn't triggered any notification.
As any AV software, this things can happen, even with apps that seems being targeted by MS as Process Hacker (I had to replaced by Process Explorer; Windows Defender and Kaspersky mark it as a Threat).
It was triggered before your release. Once q-bittorrent notified about a new version, I've downloaded the Q-Bittorrent's release from its website, then extracted the installer content to the PAF's-App-Binary folder. So, late, the Windows defender has triggered a "possible threat" with the file: qbittorrent_4.3.9_setup.exe, as a PUA:Win32/QBitTorrent!torrent

That's not a virus report. That's a potentially unwanted app (PUA). And that's entirely on Defender. It's up to the user how they choose to proceed.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
