LibreOffice Portable 3.3.4 Legacy (complete office suite) Released

logoPortableApps.com and The Document Foundation are proud to announce the release of LibreOffice Portable 3.3.4 Legacy. LibreOffice Portable is a full-featured office suite -- including a word processor, spreadsheet, presentation tool, drawing package and database -- packaged as a portable app, so you can take all your documents and everything you need to work with them wherever you go. This release updates LibreOffice to the latest 3.3.x version and improves performance. It will install in a LibreOfficePortableLegacy33 directory but can be used to upgrade an existing LibreOfficePortable installation as well. For most users, we recommend the newer LibreOffice Portable 3.4.3 release. LibreOffice Portable is packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

Mozilla Thunderbird, Portable Edition Legacy 3.1.14 (email client) Released

Thunderbird logoMozilla Thunderbird, Portable Edition 3.1.14 Legacy has been released. It's the latest Mozilla Thunderbird email client from the older 3.1.x branch bundled with a PortableApps.com launcher as a portable app. It is primarily intended for extension testers. All users are encouraged to upgrade to the current Mozilla Thunderbird, Portable Edition 6.0.2 release. This release will install alongside a current Thunderbird Portable install in a ThunderbirdPortableLegacy31 directory by default, though it can also be used to upgrade an existing installation. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

This release updates Iron to the latest version. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Suite. And it's open source and completely free.
