All my accounts have been disappeared

I used Thunderbird at the morning normally.
I opened now at afternoon and seems I don't have any account on Thunderbird portable, which asks me creating a new account.
All the folders of profile folders seem ok.

What can I do??

Thanks a lot.
I fix the problem deleting prefs.js and renaming prefs-1.js to prefs.js
