That looks like Vista's glass effect on the window's title bar.

No, vista glass is partially

No, vista glass is partially transparent and more white-ish. That looks like XP with a visual style.

My opinion

I would say that it is a modified Royalle Noir or Zune Themes, but I'm not sure.

Blue is everything.

Zune

That would be the Zune theme for Winblow$ XP. I'm positive .

Nope

It's actually like the Royal Mod or something. Or Royal Four. There's like 10 posts about this. Blum

Poster: You do need to find a 'uxtheme.dll patch' in order to apply the theme just so you know any theme that isn't Luna, Zune, Classic, or the normal Royale.

Royale Noir

It is Royale Noir, I have been using it for quite a long time.

No.

Royale Noir has a black exit button except when hovering. The Zune theme has a red button except when hovering (as shown in screenshots). RoyalFour has a smaller exit button than the Zune and Royale Noir (or at least it does in the screenshots).

Hmmm...

Odd. Mine has a blue one :P. Well, maybe it's your version of Royale Noir or the Zune theme.

Neat.

I didn't know there were that many themes out there. Where do you find them all?
