Portable Azureus

Hey, would someone be able to create a portable version of the BitTorrent client Azureus or BitTornado?

utorrent?

Hi Solemn Monk,

how about uTorrent?
It is small, portable and feature rich.

Java

I think Azureus is Java-based. If that is the case, then it cannot be made portable.

Another vote for uTorrent.

It's what I have on my USB stick.

I vote for BitComet, mostly

I vote for BitComet, mostly because it got ONE BIG feature for usb's:
LESS READING/WRITINGS !
downloading data is being cached until it's enough to save a bigger part ...

diskio.write_queue_size

I could be wrong, but can't you adjust that with the "diskio.write_queue_size" advanced setting in utorrent?

Regardless, I download to a hard drive anyway.

uTorrent

I would like to see that uTorrent have a U3 install, so that it will remember the settings and torrents that i set for for each computer that i plug it into. Since the program is so small and is portable already i'm sure it would be fairly easy to make it U3 complient.
