This is my first attempt at a portable app, so please let me know if there are changes, improvements I can make.
I based the portable wrapper on the one that John wrote for KeePass. I hope that isn't a problem; I've think that I kept John's copyright information in, and added my own (at least that is what I intended to do).

I've been puttin' some hard work into this one.
I've been adding some more portability for the plugins, and some integration with other portable apps.
But you're is running good, good work.
Like I said, this is my first PortableApp, and I just threw it together yesterday. I'm sure that what you have is better. I've already noticed that I've missed a few things. I meant to modify the settings so it would search the PortableApps dir and the Documents dir. Also, the launch.db and the launch.ini files aren't getting moved to the settings dir, so I need to look into that.
I'm also looking into a way to execute CLI commands from Launchy, but it doesn't seem to be working correctly.
