I have a LOT of things on my plate, and this is WAY down on the list of priorities. (Plus, as mentioned on the forums, I've had several outside things to take care of.) I'm not releasing this theme directly (that would mean lots of other sites looking just like this one) but my designer and I plan on releasing about 6 different themes based on it under the GPL to the Drupal project for possible inclusion with Drupal itself. This is when we get time, of course.
The theme is from scratch and not based on an existing layout.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
