For the 2.0.1 version of Portable OpenOffice, i've used the 2.0.1rc5 brazilian portuguese language pack without problems. Also, i've installed a brazilian portuguese dictionary.

It's too simple to add support to another languages in Portable OpenOffice. Just install a language pack wath you need. Download the language pack from http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/
