Some Issues

• in appinfo.ini, you need to fix the [Version] section.
• App doesn't run. Displays a popup message that says:
  

  Configuration error in file:
  AllChars Portable\App\AllChars\AllChars.Ini

  AllChars needs that ini file present, so start with it in DefaultData.

• remove the space in the NAME value in your script

You did really well on this, and thanks for updating. Here's the usual small stuff.

• The description in the appinfo.ini has keyboard spelled wrong.
• You're missing App\Readme.txt, and Other\Source\AppSource.txt. Copy and edit them from other apps.
• In AllCharsPortable.ini, there settings name shouldn't have a space.
• In the installer source, the Name should have a space between AllChars and Portable, and ShortName should not.
• In AllCharsPortable.ini changes AppAllChars to App\AllChars.
• Change the 100 on like 165 of the source to 0 as we're dropping splash screen fades.
• The launcher version number can probably go up to like 1.5.5.0.
• It doesn't look like you need to update any drive letters, so delete lines 202-207 in the source.
• Rename App\DefaultData\allchars.ini to AllChars.ini.
• The legal copyright in the source should be PortableApps.com & Contributers.
