Based on .NET

This application requires the .NET FrameWork, so it is not really portable... not every computer has Vista installed, even this days :).

As a former developer, I know :).

At this moment, .NET apps can't be threated as portable, as well as Java apps, because the dependencies of the virtual machines.

Back to the subject: look at here http://www.nonags.com/nonags/wallpapert.html you may find something useful. I'm using an old version of WebShots, carrying out the installer :).
