Pidgin: File Transfer Issue?

Pidgin: File Transfer Issue?

Hey everyone, I was wondering. Has anyone else had any trouble doing file transfers, particularly between AIM6 and PidginPortable 2.1.1? I'm getting some errors, and it goes through from AIM to PP, but not vice versa.

I have sucessfully transfered between Pidgin (the PAM version), and Aim 6. I believe I've done it both directions (although I may have only done Pidgin sending to Aim. I haven't had an issue.

Have you tried Aim6 to Aim6 to check if it's a firewall problem? I really don't have many suggestions other than I believe it does work for me. I could probably test it sometime with you if you'd like (I don't have Aim installed, but I could be the PP end if you'd like). phalkon308 would be my AIM handle.

Yes, I've tried AIM6 to AIM6.

Also, the main error is that the person on the other end, when sending to pidgin, thinks that it dies, while it doesn't. It simply won't accept on the other end when sent from pidgin.
