The portable apps launcher is including executables that I do not need or want on the list and excluding some I need. For example, I installed Opera USB and Portable apps put gsar.exe on the launcher list and not operausb.exe is there anything I can do to fix this?

You could try using a PAM Mod to add so called, "external applications."
It could also be that Opera USB may have no description (not likely though).
Other than that, I'm currently clueless.

Are you sure that operausb.exe is in the the folder Opera USB (I'm guessing).
