I found that Kompozer leaves some data on system disk.
To be exact it's file called
pluginreg.dat
in
C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\KompoZer

But does KompoZer Portable? 
But there's no reason why it should if you're running KompoZerPortable.exe, cause I think it's using the 'profile' switch. Maybe try to re-create and see if it happens again.

PLEASE, where do I find a bank of templates. I`ll kill myself if I have to create it all by myself.

Bug
It would seem there's a bug in KompoZer creating this file. I'll update the launcher to handle it today or tomorrow.

Fixed in KompoZer Portable 0.7.10 Revision 2
This is fixed in KompoZer Portable 0.7.10 Revision 2. For users of 0.7.10, a small (under 300k) upgrade download is available that will upgrade you to the new revision.
