I know there is a possibility to copy your total commander stuff to usb, but can't you make a version witch is directly installable for PortableApps? You can ask it to the guy who developes totalcmd. Sorry for my English, but I'm dutch and only 14 years ;),

could ask him
there is a paf version of free commander though...

It makes no sense to me... Ghisler is already giving you tools to transport Total Commander into your USB sticks. Why not make use of it?
Yeah, I know, but isn't it faster if you just make a package with a clean install of the free version? This makes it faster to install...

Total Commander is fast even in USB drive... and not a freeware nor an open source.
There is freecommander. Why would you use total-commander?
