portable mixing software

Hi,
with 8gb (& larder) usb card now available, it would be nice to have a portable mixing software such as Mixx
http://mixxx.sourceforge.net/
you could conviniently take along with you a more than decent DJ set to your friends'party + mixing software !!!!
I do not have the skills to work on such a project but I am pretty sure you can see my point
