Is there any way to delete the Portable Apps Suite from my C drive and restore it to its original name and icon?

There's a hidden file in the root of your C: drive called autorun.inf. Just delete that.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

by following those instructions it should do what you want
