but it is included with the individual apps in the "source" directory.

Perhaps I missed it [it's a very long list] but it seems to me from the file sizes that those would be the source codes for the programs themselves. I thought he just wanted the source for the launcher.

yeah, I mean the launcher, if that means the red frame and it says "portableapps.com" on the top. i do not mean the apps inside.
can i download the code for that launcher too? i would like to change lay outs and lookNfeel..

I think you mean the installer. The source for that is in Other\Source\PortableAppsInstaller.nsi (in any application from this site). Please note, you can't use our logos without permission.
Or, you may mean the Drupal theme for this site. That is not open source and is copyrighted by Rare Ideas, LLC.
