The latest beta of the PortbleApps.com Menu (now called Platform), there's a link to it on the Suite page under known bugs I believe. Download and install it. And then copy your theme to X:\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData\Theme I believe it still is.

i put a new theme file into the directory, but still showing with old one when i run the launcher.
how do i bring the new skin to the launcher?
