I did this last night. I ran the installer, installing into the PortableApps directory on the portable drive (unchecking all options that left shortcuts, etc. on your hard drive). I ran it just once last night, but it seemed to work fine.

i ran it without unchecking it. do i uninstall and then reinstall with unchecking? is there anything else that needs to be done so it run correctly?
thanks!!!!
There is a portable version on the CCleaner website. When on the 'Download Page' select 'Other Builds'. Same goes for the other products by Piriform.
Dell XPS M1530 Laptop
Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 2.5GHz
4GB Ram
256MB GeForce 8600M GT
Thats what I DL and installed on the SD card but I feel like its searching my computer not the SD card ?????
lol... It'll **always** search your computer, this program isn't made to clean portable programs...
Mine does not even know I have FFP
Even thought it's on the hard drive.
It looks in the registry to find out what programs you have
Ergo ...

Things have got to get better, they can't get worse, or can they?
so i am a silly rabbit? then why portable. if you go to another machine with your SD card use cleaner to clean that machine?
