Hello,

Has somebody tried Color Schemer?

Is ther an app like that portable? It would be a good idea.

Uhuh...

Here's an idea:
1)download the app from https://portableapps.com/node/9909
2)make a shortcut on your desktop for it
3)run PAC to make a shortcut that'll show up on the menu.

I've used this technique for quite a while now.
