The top bitmoves files and the bottom bit is an ftp server access point
eg:
username: Bob Server:ftp.example.com
Then Drag and drop the files from the bottom section to the middle one and visa-versa

Unfortunately it's not completely portable as it uses the .NET Framework and requires client computer to have .NET installed.
