run locally problem

hey all
i have a problem on my with Thunderbird and firefox
when i have the setting set to runlocally=true it does not copy the settings back into my flash drive.
here is exactly what it is for firefox

FirefoxDirectory=App\firefox
ProfileDirectory=Data\profile
SettingsDirectory=Data\settings
PluginsDirectory=Data\plugins
FirefoxExecutable=firefox.exe
AdditionalParameters=

and here is the thuderbird ini

i have reinstalled thunderbird and it still has not worked
i used a XP professional limited account
and a xp home admin

It's Not Supposed To

RunLocally is for live versions... running it from a CD. If you want settings on your flash drive, just run it from your flash drive.
