True transparency, Fast Aero, Vystal, and the list goes on!!

Those only change the titlebar. The program he is requesting makes the entire window transparent.

Seems the poster neglected to tell us that his link is to an app which requires the hated ".NET" framework...
Therefore, is NOT portable.

Use DM2 it has transparencies and also the ability to minimize to tray heck even has multiple desktops too
