how to install a new app and see it from the menu?

how to install a new app and see it from the menu?

I cant find out how to install a new application and be able to view it from the portable app menu

could you elaborate???

Every App from this site automatically shows up in the menu.
And you can have other apps in the menu if you place them in a folder under the PortableApps folder.
