Sorry it's not under an OSI approved license therefore can not be done here (yet) however if you are looking for a DS emulator thats OSI Approved I would suggest DesuMES

Hmmm
It seems to not leave anything behind and it seems to store its settings in an .ini fie.
Now all there is to do is to make it fully PAP Compliant/Compatible!

Can't disclose info where to get ROMs... Its kinda like linking to illegal software.
But its not illegal to download ROMs unless you are downloading a ROM of a game you do not posses.

a good way to get roms is either google rom sites or get them on popular BitTorrent sites.
