Portable xunlei thunder: a powerful tools use to download internet files

i only got the chinese website. www.xunlei.com i only get the pc setup exe but i am seeking a portable device of it. if got any information please help me seek for it. by the way if got any other portable downloading software that can introduce to me thanks... (^^)
