Thats something!
Cool idea but a little expensive...
But does it come in black??
I assume you're able to pick the color you want when you order one. (It would be pretty ridiculous if it wasn't: i mean look at the price tag :O)
Why? You're planning to order one?
I don't get it, whats so great about it? And besides it looks like it does not work with Linux....
You can program it so that the keys show whatever you want! Oh, and the OLED technology doesn't take up any power at all.
I'm sure it's only a couple thousand more than the other.
It's a concept still. But then you might as well not get a monitor.
The first keyboard mentioned in this post is only $430 USD. the $13,000 price tag is another currency for which i dont recognize the symbol.
I reckon the 13,000 is roebel (Russian Currency)
Well I was planning to pat in roebel.
Its either pet or pay!
Make your decision.
How many continuous replies with the subject lol can we have?
3
Thanks for ruining my fun.
That was a pretty funny reply tho. Well done.
Sorry.
But we could start anew
What are you, a bunch of kids or something?
No just having "off topic" fun
And thanks for providing another important step in our Lmao line!
Kids . . .
Let's see how well this CSS is coded!!
Sure!
It hasn't blown up yet!!
OK guys, this is getting quite off topic, lets get back on track.
I want that keyboard...it's crazy looking lol...im looking forward to the Tactus tho.
The tactus looks seriously cool and sci-fi, and I love the idea that it could reconfigure itself totally according to current need, but.... I've always found it difficult to type on a keyboard that doesn't have some sort of tactile feedback, such as a key actually moving. I even correct my position as I'm typing when I feel the edge of a key under my finger so I know that I'm drifting off.....
But if anyone wanted to prove me wrong by donating one to me if they're ever built, then I'll happily evaluate it with an open mind
I like the keyboards that have the springs in them- so you can hear them spring back. It took me a little bit to like my current keyboard which is built kind of like a laptop keyboard. I was use to big, chunky keys.
Anyone else here remember the old-styly genuine IBM keyboards, that felt like they needed a quarter-pound of pressure to depress the key? Tactile feedback is nice, but if it exhausts you to type, that could be less nice
Those keyboards were fun to throw at things!!!
What a steal!
Look closer, for a FULL active keyboard its $1565....Dang deceptive marketing. It's a cool concept, but I could build my computer twice over for that much....
Price: 43,990.00 pub.
approx. 1564.37 US$
approx. 1256.86 €
EDIT
PS - It works on macs, and you can get it in black or white.
