Installation Notes:
1) Download the launcher and the program
2) Extract the launcher
3) Extract the program zip file contents in the "speq" folder
4) Run "SpeQ_Portable.exe"

The program is portable as is: I only created a launcher, added a splash and put it in the paf format.
As far as i know i'm not breaking any rules by posting the launcher only. However if i am then please let me know and i'll delete the links asap.

I have been waiting for a german localization file .... what was provided now.
so I will start using SpeQ now ...
Is it real portable ?
As I have checked, there are no temp-files .......
But are there no entries in the reg too ?
Yes it is! It doesn't write to the registry unless you click the option "Associate SpeQ-files with SpeQ". Then it writes to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.

SpeQ Portable works LIVE as well (CD or non-writeable media)
..... as long the save-option in settings is switched off
