PFF Theme Help

I need help bad my themes for PFF will not work at all could anyone help to see why this is happening.

Nevermind

nevermind I fixed the problem I just had to update it to 1.5.0.1 so now all my themes work perfectly fine

The Problem is back

Okay one day later and now the problem has come back and all I have done since is download like three extensions so if any body has had this problem them please help me out.

Alrighty then...

1. What exactly is not working concerning the themes?
2. What extensions have you installed? Some are not exactly theme friendly.
