There is now a lot newer build of WinSCP from the developers and I was thinking will there be a "official" new portable build of it here or could someone else make a portable build of it.
I would myself do it but Portable App Creator doesn't properly function with me

It would be extremely bad if you made a version of it on your own and tried to distro it. Wait for an official one from this site. Besides, you can probably copy/paste the files of the current one and update the app yourself.

So does the launcher do all the modifications to the program on air or how are the so called limitations made?
So that I could basically do anything to winscp except change the paths or filenames?
