Do you notice what happens when you search portable on sourceforge? You get PortableApps, PortableApps for Mac, Liberta, and almost all the apps you'd ever want!

well...
if you search isohunt you get some old PAM's.
and as for the portable mac apps, the majority of mac apps are already somewhat portable seeing as everything is drag and drop launch, kinda like how the instructions for Mini vMac are.
