The only thing that is missing is a "Real Portable Desktop"
what i mean is when u plug in your usb drive instead of the desktop that
u see in windows that is the user desktop of that computer
the usb drive should run a desktop on top of the existing one
which allows us to use it as we do on our own computer Have our own
shortcut files and ower background on it .this would even make portableapps
more popular cause in this way u can really take ur desktop with u
and by the way we should also have our connections on the usb drive also
like dialup and vpn or other connection so instead of configuring on every computer
we use we just use our

I found the portable version (dated back to 2007) on this forum but when I looked at it 90% of the zip was for that universal extractor that was included somehow... Total package was like 10 or 11 MB.

Sharpe (sharpe-shell.org) is a nice lookin shell replacer for windows. Pretty resource heavy though. Im going to download the source code and try to re-write it in c++. Then Im going to work on a portable version. C-SharpE and C-SharPE.
I like how talisman http://www.lighttek.com/talisman.htm looks so I might try to make them look like that.
blackbox is nothing more (to me) a theme for the desktop and toolbar and removes the desktop icons so u are completly removed from the "real" desktop.
i can run all the apps from my computer from blackbox so right now im still sticking with mojopac, cause, it keeps the desktops serperated.
