Hello,
using portableapps, 2 suggestions came recently to my mind
1. Ability to configure the position of the portableapps menu on the screen. In my desktop configuration the Windows menu bar is located on the left side of the screen (meaning the portableapps quick launch icon is located on the bottom left corner). It would be more convenient if I could open portable apps menu on the left of the screen too.
2. In my personal Information system I use a TidlyWiky HTML file as a toDo list (cf. monkeyGTD for instance) and I would like to have this file directly accessible in the menu because I consider it as a application.
Does it make sense to you ?

The ability to have it start in a different position is in the current beta release here:

The ability to create custom links to HTML files is coming in the next major release.
