Not all of the apps are in a portable form, such as Spybot S&D amd Ad-Aware, but they can be installed to an external HDD or USB drive and they work fine.

Also, try looking at WinPenPack. It's a collection of apps meant specifically for portable use. There are several different downloads, each one meant for different size USB drives. It can be found here: http://www.winpenpack.com/main/news.php
