I've just found something interesting.
A quick launcher less than 40k, portable and green of course.
It's called "floater".
The zip is 32k, and the main program is 40k only.
Unzip, put shortcuts in the items folder, and run.
Then a quick launcher with shortcuts in the items folder will appear at the left-bottom of your screen.
Except launching, you can only click the left border of it to minimize it.
Not even move it, too bad. >_
Any chance of a link?

Gee! Somehow my post is cut after the _ symbol.
I do post a link.
Anyway, here it is. Tinyapps.

and floater is under misc > desktop

I have been using Aqua Dock, (google it, its everywhere) it is not small, about 1Mb but it works well with a few tweaks. I just installed it to C drive and copied the program file over to the flash drive. When you drop an .exe on the dock it will remember the drive path, jut manually remove the drive letter leaving the back slash and remove any info from the work directory field.
No, I'm not talking about a portable "dock".
I found Floater by chance, and becuz of its "size", I put it here.
Maybe someone would be interested to give it more features.
I can't program, but am looking forward to seeing how it wiil be.
BTW, why don't you use RK Launcher?
It's completely portable.
Unzip it and run~~~
