Notes:
Because this application includes the closed source BASS audio library, it cannot be hosted at SourceForge, and therefore can't become an official PortableApps.com application for the time being. However, this library is freely distributable and usable in GPL applications with some restrictions. I don't believe that my repackaging DeKiBulle as a portable app violates those restrictions, but if it does, please let me know.
Now updated to Development Test 2. See main post for details.

And note, post title still mentions DT 1.
If it uses BASS, it's not open source. Which means it's freeware. The BASS library has restrictions on commercial use, etc as well. Which means you can't self-promote it in the forums. We ran into the same issue with musikCube.
Also, since the PortableApps.com Installer isn't yet open to freeware apps (the Development Test process is for open source apps only at the moment), you're violating the GPL and, thus, my copyright.
Just hang onto it for now. We'll make use of it soon.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
He mentioned in another thread he new the BASS library wasn't open source, and that was the same problem with musikCube, so he thought he'd post it and have it removed if there was a problem.
P.S. Completely off-topic, would you mind adding an alias (/blogs/patrickpatience) to my blog (https://portableapps.com/blog/24376). Thank you.
Once you fix your first post. You're using "HTML for Devs" which is only for project pages (it says so right in the description). Blog posts are like forum posts and can't use all html right now. It messes with Drupal's ability to construct preview posts for your main blog page.

But I wanted to organize it all pretty like.
Alright, I'll try to find a solution.
Edit: So you already did, thanks.
Removed download file as per licensing issues
I have removed the link in the main topic as well. And, It was in this thread, in my Notes: section that I said I know it uses BASS. I wasn't sure if it were an issue or not. Apparently it is, Hopefully I can repost soon though..

I know you know, as I said above. P.S., the file's still on the server I just renamed te extension.
Alright. I renamed the file back, but removed the link, is that OK too?

The only reason I renamed it was because John said it shouldn't be here and I didn't want other people being angry you get to promote a semi closed source app and they don't and I knew you wouldn't be 'round 'till the morning.
Alright, that works. Thanks.

Is there anyway you can post the launcher for now?
Too many lonely hearts in the real world
Too many bridges you can burn
Too many tables you can't turn
Don't wanna live my life in the real world
it's a really simple launcher, it just moves 3 files from the app dir to data and back. i can post it later tonite if it doesnt violate any rules.
