Use VLC Portable in my firefox extension?

Hi, I was wondering who I would contact to get permission to use VLC Portable in a firefox extension I'm making? I won't be altering the player in any way, only redistributing it with the extension.

I don't know. Although VLC is GPL, I think some Graphics are trademark of PortableApps.com.

But the final word on this has to come from the man in charge, John T. Haller.
