I've just deleted accidentally the StartPortableApps.exe, is it possible to download just the portableApps-starter?

but download the platform only, unpack to Your desktop and copy the Starter back to Your drive, btw no backups??

If he is using the older version, then it is better to install the base version of PAM 1 on the bottom of the suite page.
