With Google you actually need to search for NSIS Registry Plug-In, so it's hard, anyways it's here.

The .dll, AND the .nsh? In C:\Program Files\NSIS\Plugins\registry.dll and C:\Program Files\NSIS\Include\Registry.nsh?
