PortableApps menu is created using Delphi.
I tried my old Delphi but its to old. What version do I need and what other alternatives are there?

According to this comment, you need 2006.
Lazarus is open source and compiles Pascal, but I really doubt it would compile without some huge tweaking.
May actually need 2007 now.

Or just made using C++, at least MicroSoft and others seem to offer (sorta) full fledged compiler and IDE.
Well there's (free) Turbo Delphi but that seems so limited (No option to use 3rd party components, etc.) that it seems not useful.
ATM I only have Delphi 4 installed...
