Greetings,
I have Menu on the bottom-right side, I cannot close it and I cannot stop the device before disconnecting it. Any idea why?

I've ran into this on occasion with my Vista install where even though everything is closed the drive is still being accessed.
I've found a workaround by going into computer (or my computer if you have xp or 2000), right clicking on the drive and clicking eject and then I was able to do the safely remove hardware option.
I'm not sure if that will work or not but it's worth a try
Then it may be the resolution bug https://portableapps.com/suite It´s fixed in
PAM Beta 1.1.4 .Download and install it via options...

Thanks to both of you.
Millarrp - that's the problem, it doesn't work. It won't stop the device (XP).
wk - not sure which one you meant in your link, I installed the basic with individual apps, and your link points to a suite, but I don't see 1.1.4 anywhere in the link.
Thanks.
I believe he was referring to Beta-4 of version 1.1 of the menu, which you can find at https://portableapps.com/node/8450
It may be classed as beta, but it is very stable, and worth a try to see if it helps with your problems.
That works great. Thanks!!
but I thought it was obvious, since opening the link gives You a framed comment on bugs directly below the download buttons... Glad You made it

The text (and links) on that page are fairly dense. Besides, you know how people read on the web (they don't, but instead scan -- and not everyone scans in the same order or pattern). It's very easy to miss that link, from personal experience.
I just went back and looked again -- I think one reason why I skipped over the box is that the "Donation" button looks like it might be a header or tab for the box; and since I was looking for install instructions not Donation instructions, I jumped right over the box with the bug information in it. Of course someone else might be drawn to read it the way it is placed, and I won't begrudge them that. It's all part of how people scan pages.
