I had a nice collection of my email-adresses but they aren't anymore in my adress-book. ... the account-settings are still there.

If I'm not mistaken, the address book is stored in the file abook.mab in Data\profile. You could check to see if it is there. Probably the best thing to do is copy it over from your most recent backup.
