I'm finding that when I try to dismount my flash stick, even though I have quit all of the applications and PAM, I cannot dismount, and the reason is that OpenOffice is still running in the background. I only know that because I run Task Manager. From TM I kill OOo, and then I can dismount.
Am I doing something wrong?
OOO installed locally?
I had that problem once and O think the cause was that OOO was installed at the machine and the quick starter was running and that somehow kept my flash drive from ejecting correctly. But it wasn't my PC so I didn't investigate it any further.
