PortableApps' Firefox/Thunderbird vs. X- Firefox/Thunderbird

Anyone use X-Firefox or X-Thunderbird? Any difference between X-* and the Portable Apps releases?

It's winPenPack

they make X-software. x-Firefox is their Firefox. Basically the difference is that they they don't put in the source and they have bin and user instead of app and data.

Thanks for the reply digitxp...

Do you know if it is as good, as far as being truely modbile, as the version from PortableApps?

Also, do you, or anyone else, know if winPenPack is trustworthy?

I utilize X-Screamer, a portable web radio thingy that can play the streams.

So far, no virus reports from Clamwin or Symantic. It works well, but I haven't bothered to check its registry use.

Maybe I'll work on Screamer next. It is redistributable.
