A lot of emulators are open source, is there anyone looking to make portable versions or has anyone tried getting one to work as is?
I have my emu's on the xbox so im not to versed on the PC variants...

I made a portable version of VICE a long time ago. Don't expect those to become 'official' as the Portable Apps devs seem to have their hands full with their own releases ATM.
